Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Royal Club platform operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME]("we", "us", "Company"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States (excluding states listed in the Official Sweepstakes Rules) to use this service. By registering you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Official Rules.

One person, one account. Multiple accounts per individual are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of all balances.

3. Virtual Currency

Royal Club uses two types of virtual currency:

  • Gold Coins (GC) — promotional currency for entertainment play only. GC have no monetary value, are not redeemable for cash or prizes, and are not transferable.
  • Sweepstakes Coins (SC) — promotional entries for our sweepstakes contests. SC may be redeemed for cash prizes subject to the Official Rules and minimum balance thresholds.

GC and SC are promotional in nature. We reserve the right to modify, cap, or discontinue either at any time with reasonable notice.

4. Purchases and Redemptions

Purchases of GC packages through the platform are final. A bonus of SC is awarded with each GC purchase; the SC ratio is disclosed at the time of purchase. SC may also be obtained free via the AMOE process.

SC redemption requests are subject to identity verification, anti-fraud review, and minimum balance thresholds. We reserve up to 72 hours to process redemption requests, longer if verification is required. Redemptions may be paid in USD (via supported methods) or BTC.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the service if you are under 18 or prohibited by law from participating
  • Create multiple accounts, use false information, or impersonate another person
  • Use VPN, proxy, or any other means to circumvent geographic restrictions
  • Use bots, scripts, or automation to play or earn virtual currency
  • Chargeback purchases made in good faith, or attempt fraudulent payment methods
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the platform
  • Transfer accounts or balances to any other person

6. Operator Tier Responsibilities

If you are a back-office operator (ADMIN / MASTER / DISTRIBUTOR / VENDOR / SHOP), you represent that your operation complies with all applicable state, federal, and local laws, including gaming regulations, tax reporting, and money-services business rules where applicable. You agree to indemnify the Company against any claims arising from your non-compliance.

7. Fees

Platform processing fees are disclosed at the time of each transaction. Fees are non-refundable once a transaction has been settled to the ledger.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and design on the platform is the property of the Company or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without written permission.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Dispute Resolution / Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. Arbitration shall be seated in [GOVERNING STATE / CITY].

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or the Official Rules. Upon termination, SC balances accrued in good faith prior to termination may be redeemed subject to the same verification process; balances tied to the violation are forfeit.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING STATE], without regard to conflicts of law principles.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
